
Smoothie
Ingredients
* 1 cup orange juice
* 1 banana
* 1/2 mango
* 3-4 strawberries
* 3-4 cubes cantaloupes (I freeze mine)
* 1-2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
* 3-4 ice cubes
Directions
1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend away!
2. This makes an awesome breakfast and is filling and so good for you!
3. The best!
